The 2025 Shandong Spring Festival Consumption Season has officially kicked off! As the Chinese Lunar New Year approaches, the air is filled with an increasingly strong festive atmosphere. Martin, a student from Uzbekistan studying at Jinan University is about to start his shopping trip at Jinan's Lanxiang Bazzar to better experience the Chinese Spring Festival culture.
当作济南最具代表性的传统集市之一，蓝翔大集以其丰富的商品种类和浓厚的习惯氛围蛊惑了浩荡破钞者，其中不乏像马丁这么的国际友东谈主。红灯笼和对子在大集上遍地可见，营造出浓厚的节日氛围，摊位上琳琅满规划年货更是让东谈主目不暇接。从传统的腊味、糖果、坚果，到各地性情农产物和手工艺品，应有尽有。
As one of the most representative traditional markets in Jinan, Lanxiang Bazaar attracts numerous consumers with its diverse range of goods and rich folk atmosphere, including international friends like Martin. Red lanterns and Spring Festival couplets are everywhere, creating a festive vibe, while the stalls are filled with an overwhelming variety of New Year goods. From traditional cured meats, candies, and nuts to local agricultural products and handicrafts, everything you can imagine is available.
马丁在大集上显得异常欣忭。他穿梭在各个摊位之间，仔细不雅察着每一件商品。在一个主营传统手工艺品的摊位前，马丁被手工制作的锣饱读深深蛊惑。摊主是一位训诫丰富的手工艺东谈主，他向马丁详备先容了这些工艺品的工艺、玩法和文化寓意。随后，马丁来到年货食物区，在这里品味了传统的年糕、糖葫芦、炸货等，并对这些好意思食拍桌齰舌。马丁暗示：“大集上的山东性情好意思食不仅口感丰富、滋味私有，还蕴含着丰富的文化内涵，让我对中国春节有了更深的意会。”
Martin was particularly excited at the market. He wandered through the stalls, examining each item carefully. At a stall specializing in traditional handicrafts, Martin was deeply attracted by the handcrafted gongs and drums. The stall owner, an experienced craftsman, explained in detail the craftsmanship, usage, and cultural significance of these items to Martin. Later, Martin visited the food section, where he tasted traditional rice cakes, candied haws, and fried snacks, praising their flavors highly. Martin said, “The Shandong specialty foods at the market are not only rich in taste and unique in flavor but also steeped in cultural significance, giving me a deeper understanding of the Chinese Spring Festival.“

Infected by the bustling scenes at the Shandong grand bazaar, Martin couldn't stop capturing the wonderful moments with his phone. He shared his firsthand experience of the charm of Chinese traditional culture on social media platforms, allowing his friends back in Uzbekistan to feel the festive atmosphere of the Chinese Spring Festival. Martin noted that many foreign netizens are now using Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), to share their experiences and engage in in-depth, friendly exchanges with Chinese users. This has helped break down many stereotypes and fostered friendships among people from different countries.
